Those are not the hybrid values. The same Canadian government site does differentiate between the hybrid and non-hybrid Tundras. I think the 2-mode and 3-mode 4x4 it lists are the full-time and part-time systems, but even that's odd because in Canada, we can't get the full-time 4x4 on any non-hybrid models. Maybe 3-mode is with rear locker? Also worth mentioning that 25 is highway mileage. 19 city, 21 combined.

nope, they’re not the hybrid numbers. Too early to get those. Considering the US hasn’t formally posted fuel economy numbers on fuel economy.gov, the Canadian numbers are the best guess numbers.
