Bed step included with Limited trim?

Does anyone know if this is included with the Limited trim? Many of the videos have indicated it is a part of the Limited trim. I have seen several dealer build sheets charging for the bed step on a Limited trim? So is it included or is it an option to now add it?

No, it's optional on all trims. It's an accessory. Looks like, if this is your truck, you're getting that as an add-on from the distributor. Nothing you can do about that. Seems like a simple part, and since the bolt points are there I'm sure there will be an after-market equivalent sooner than later, so if mine doesn't come with it I'll be watching for that.

This is what it looks like. $324 off Toyota parts and local dealer pickup. Took longer to unbox and get tools out than it did to install.

Curious if anyone has compared this OEM step with the much lower priced non OEM ones from other sellers. Some as low as $100

I think the Toyota part number is PT392-35920 for the bed step. Does anyone know if there some non Toyota brands that would fit and be cheaper>
