Verification that 16" inch wheels do fit on 4th gen Tacoma

So I’m just gonna verify 16s will definitely clear just fine. This is a 16x8-10. I had just ordered these wheels for my 3rd gen a week before buying my 4th gen. Pretty sure thats a bit much poke. Other than that plenty of brake clearance. I’ll post a pic in the comments of one other similar fitment but in a 17. Flares prob help more with hiding the tire

Pic from this forum. That’s pretty close to the spec listed above , just a shade more aggressive . I don’t plan to run them. If I did would run a 285-75 on them.

Exactly! I’d be very interested in some higher offset 16s to get more sidewall.

Do you think a higher offset 16 like the Black Rhino Stadium ET35 would fit? Is there much taper in there as you get deeper into the wheel like you would with a higher positive offset wheel?

So there is hope for a 17” to fit on the Hybrid then. Hybrid has larger brakes and 18in wheels.

We went to measuring session a while back and they only had Pro's and Trailhunters out. Our 17's fit both so I assume most 17's will be fine. Our's aren't built with any extra clearance in mind.

16s would be amazing, any pics with tires on?

Test fitted a set of 16” TRD wheels off of my FJ onto the ‘24 Tacoma Off road non hybrid, and they didn’t clear the calipers.
