Just installed a Lomax (not the Stance). Ordered from Real Truck and it took two weeks from order to delivery. Impressed with the engineering, fit and finish. I see grumblings about them leaking and I guess time will tell, but I’m super happy with it. Love the sturdiness and low profile.

Can you post some pictures of it closed and with it open whenever you have the chance. Thanks in advance.

Based on the link from the other recent thread (https://www.tacoma4g.com/forum/thre...gen-tacoma-spotted-in-hawaii.4062/#post-58989), part number PT954-35240 is the OEM short bed tonneau cover. It's starting to show up elsewhere, as Yota Garage site has it for sale now too (https://theyotagarage.com/products/toyota-oem-hard-tri-fold-bed-cover-2024-toyota-tacoma) although at a higher price point of $1,399.99. My dealer contact is out today, but I hope to get in touch with him tomorrow to see if they have any visibility on their end yet.

I suspect there will be another part number one or two digits off that will fit the 6' bed as well, but who knows what the time frame is.

Hi all,

For those watching this thread, I just called my dealer's parts department and confirmed that the part number below is correct for my 2024 6MT with 5 foot bed. I called because I couldn't find them on the Toyota parts site, but that site has a terrible user interface/search function so I'm not surprised.

Part number: PT954-35240
OEM tri-fold tonneau cover
2024 Tacoma 6MT/5 foot bed
Cost: $1195
Availability 2-3 days lead time, at main warehouse in Boston (I am in Connecticut)

I will post in the other thread as well, but I also asked about the OEM all weather floor mats and confirmed:

Part number: PT206-35243-20
OEM manual transmission all weather floor mats
2024 Tacoma 6MT
Cost: $179
Availability: 1 day lead time

Just installed the lomax stance hard tri fold tonneau cover. Got it shipped for $965 through Luke at truck altercations. Took about 2.5 weeks to get delivered. Fairly easy install, took about 1 hour. My only gripe is I wish they had one complete set of instructions instead of breaking it into 2 different instructions. 1 set was just for installing the rails on the 24+ Tacomas, other set was a general set of instructions for the hard folding tonneau covers. Got a bit confusing going back and forth between instructions.

Still liking the Lomax. Put seal around tailgate to keep dust and water out. No problems at all with water and it has been through downpours and carwash a few times.

Great to hear that thank you!
Follow up question..looking at images, the Lomax uses part of the factory bed track to mount..correct?
Are you still able to use the factory cleats in a limited capacity? Or am I way off in my understanding of Lomax mounting system.

Cheers

You do use factory track to mount the cover rails into. It can accommodate factory tie-downs, but you get a little restricted on movement, since the cover brackets break up full track movement.
