Hey guys, had a pretty uneventful experience with the parts department at a local Toyota store. I originally purchased online the black Trd exhaust system (not tip) during the Independence Day sale 20% off sale and got an additional dealer discount which made my total come out $570 with tax. Seems like a solid deal, anyway this was last Friday and I called in Tuesday to check on my order and they said it should for sure be here by today. I called Thursday and was told Toyota āmessed something upā and that they would have to reorder my part again. Anyone else come across this experience? Iām a little confused and frustrated because my entire experiences with several different Toyota dealers has been lacking from sales, service and now parts.
