Glad all is well. What is the pic of the other gray Tacoma? What dash cam are you using. I was on the fence getting one. I am for sure now. That is clear as day.
Ok. I will leave it be. That is not how I or the EPA looks at MPG. They don't (nor I) look at one small example and call out that for an MPG I am getting. It is for the life of the car/truck so people can figure out about what the fuel expense will be for ownership of a vehicle. I believe...
Oh ok. I thought we were reporting real world MPGs. Never mind I am not getting 19. I am getting 40. Toyota really should change their window stickers to reflect the 30-35 people are claiming. They would sell a hell of a lot more Tacomas. That is better MPG than my econo box 22 Corolla I sold...
Well that is usually a MPG gauge and how you figure it. You don't look down at your ECO screen when cruising downhill with a tail wind behind a semi and see that it says 40 and report you are getting 40 MPG. You at minimum calculate a tank full if not multiple tanks to report your true MPG.
You are not calculating your MPG properly. There is ZERO chance you are getting 32.2 on a tank of gas. You are looking at your display at one single point of time. I can get 40 coasting downhill, truck in neutral.
Reset your trip odometer to 0. Fill up your tank and stop filling it after...
Link to where you got it. Any modifications to get it to fit or it just works? I like the wireless carplay but when using waze it drains the battery and need it to actually charge.
Reporting back in on this to see if anyone else is having the issue.

So it does connect when setting it in...
Installed the Redline hood struts. 10 min. These folks may do the best instructions in the industry. Not that it is tough but seriously a completely incapable wrench could do this with their instructions.

I swear it is one company in China making these and they change the design a bit then everyone floods Amazon warehouse to sell them. I hate to say it but the generic TPE stuff is junk. Fit is horrible. For the bed mat it simply keeps scratches from the bed but they do nothing else. Stuff still...
Well today I did vinyl on the silver part of the wheels. I will eventually get new wheels but for now I wanted to give this a go as I do not like the silver on the wheels. I tried the pre-cut stuff. After trying one wheel I sent it back. The Oracle 981 vinyl is the best to use as it is thin...
We just got back. We rent small Econ box cars. From Geurdin, part of enterprise, on booking.com. We actually bought a place in Tavira and will retire there.
I have used blendmount. The one I have is a generic one off Amazon. Used it for a few years on my last car and it fits the Tacoma no problem. I would personally not wait for blendmount personally. The knock offs are just as good.
Search on Amazon ASIN - " B0788W1NC6". It won't allow a link.
Push it up manually and see if the lock catches and closes the last little bit. Mine did it as I bumped it or something. Once it was closed it reset it.
