I just bought a 24 SR5 and was stoked since ive wanted a tacoma for a long time. the first few weeks driving though I noticed that going form a stop through about third gear the shifts were all over the place and the car just didn't seem to accelerate smoothly either. I called and scheduled an appointment with the dealer but that night on my way home my dashboard lit uo like a Christmas tree showing checks engine light, "system malfunction" for both the pre-collision system and the cruise control AND the "drive-start control malfunction" errors. Had the car towed to the dealer, they've had it over a week and said it was just a faulty b1s1 O2 sensor but hasn't given me any reason why that would trip all those errors. Unfortunately my truck does fall under the TSB for the transmission issues as well so I am wondering if it could be that. If anyone can tell me if it really could just be the faulty 02 sensor or is the dealership trying to pull a fast one on me it would be much appreciated.
