2024 Tacoma packages with programmable door / gate / garage openers built into the overhead console?

I got my present, 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport during the pandemic, and when I got it home after masked and rushed pickup at the dealer, found it had no programmable door/gate openers built into the overhead console, and neither did it have Auto-headlights. I found a 2024 TRD sport interior shot that looks like they are again not there on this model. Anyone have an idea about which package this might have been on, or will be in in 2024? Anyone have other packages info that is definitive, such as tech, cameras, lift packages, etc? Thanks in advance..

I believe the garage door opener is built into the rear view mirror, at least on the higher trims, I believe I saw that mentioned in one of the newer hands on videos. The closest we got so far for packages is a leaked doc from a Canadian dealer which might not reflect the American options.

Thanks to MT-Taco for the note on https://www.bobsmirrors.com as that led to just what I was looking for.

A little over a week ago, I reached out to them to see if they had a HomeLink mirror for the 2024 Tacoma since nothing was listed on the site yet. I ended up trading email with Bob and once I sent him some pictures of the connectors, he responded right away and was able to confirm which Gentex mirror was compatible..

I bought the Advent/Gentex Frameless Auto Dim Rear View Mirror w/Homelink® V5 & Homelink® Connect Plug & Play and installed it last night. It was super easy to do and training was no hassle - even with my 5+ year old Chamberlain. I'm very happy with the mirror and working with Bob's Mirrors was an absolute pleasure.

To try to give back some, I did some research combing through the Toyota Tacoma build site looking for which packages had either "Digital display auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass and HomeLink®[23] universal transceiver " or "HomeLink". The result was that (as of May 2024), HomeLink is available only with these packages:
- TRD Sport Premium
- TRD Off-Road Upgrade
- TRD Off-Road Premium
- TRD PreRunner Upgrade
- SR5 Upgrade

Apparently the digital mirror (with HomeLink) is standard only on the Limited.

Hope this helps someone else as your info definitely helped me. Definitely go to https://www.bobsmirrors.com was the best advice.
