265/70 R18's should fair better than the 285's, no cutting or removing anything?

How much space is there under the truck? I’d think you want something higher than even +18. Those are poking a ton (appreciate it’s what you had from your 4Runner so no hate at all). Just curious if there’s clearance to pull those like an 1”-1.5” further in?

Edit: what was the stock offset (it’s stamped on the back of the wheels). I saw one at the dealer and the offset seemed pretty high. Curious because I can my find it online anywhere (not that I’d do stock offset, it’s interesting to know though).
