I talked with a dealer near me and they confirmed that it does NOT come with the HUD. Incredibly dumb change to make.
Dealer is probably just looking at the website which may or may not be accurate. I don't have a lot of confidence that dealers know what Toyota is doing.

Tundra TRD Pro doesn't have a HUD, but they did decontent it after one year. It's standard on the Capstone and a $600 option on the 1794 and Platinum. The Tundra HUD appears to have the same functionality as the Tacoma HUD. I wouldn't pay $600 for that but would have paid the $165 price cut on the '25.

No HUD = another point in the "just get an TRD Off-Road and DIY upgrade" column.

2025 Owners manual is up:
Toyota 2025 Tacoma HV Owner's Manual USA and Canada Only (OM04012U)
https://www.toyota.com/owners/warranty-owners-manuals/

Looks like there are two variations with Aux. One with 3 aux and one with 4 aux.

The 4 aux switch variation gets a significant change in amps.
See page: 459

Aux 1 ~ 40a
Aux 2 ~ 20a
Aux 3 ~ 15a
Aux 4 ~ 10a

Also: "Vehicles with four auxiliary switches also provide a 12V DC power circuit that constantly supplies power when the power switch for the vehicle is turned on."
