Adding truck bed lighting?

So as the title suggests my truck did not come with any in bed lighting, probably due to not having any upgrade packages. Does anyone know if the wiring for the in bed lighting is present behind the panels? Or would I need to tie into the wiring for the back light to get power back there when I open the door?

Didn't see anybody asking this so I figured I'd ask for the people in the same boat as myself.

Just dug into a rabbit hole of forum threads on adding the bed scene lighting. So far there is a member going through this issue (finding part numbers and part availability on his TH) and the thread could be found below. Still waiting on part numbers for the harnesses and led lights to fit inside the rail caps.

Ties into bed lighting. Not sure if yours has that.
