I filed a complaint with Toyota Brand Engagement last week over 4 missed delivery dates. Squeaky wheel got greased and part arrived at my dealer today! How about now? Lol
Oh thatās awesome! How did you order it? Did you go through the parts shop at dealer or online? How much was it? What are they charging you to install?I filed a complaint with Toyota Brand Engagement last week over 4 missed delivery dates. Squeaky wheel got greased and part arrived at my dealer today!

I got frustrated after 4 missed dates and filed a complaint with Toyota. I don't fault the dealer. I looked up the part when I got the part number from the dealer and it wasn't that expensive. This is all covered under warranty. Part is 66249-AK050.

You've got a part number for the DS now.Oh okay. So you ordered it before you took delivery of the truck? My dealer could not find anything with a part number I got from the forum. I had the director of parts look for it and she couldnāt either. I guess my question is how was your dealer able to identify a part number that my dealer couldnāt? I donāt expect u to know but itās just frustrating. I would benefit so much from these lights.
