All vehicle settings were reset?? OTA Update?

Got in my truck to go home from work, it had been sitting for approximately 8 hours.

All my radio presets were gone, all my parking sensor preferences and TSS preferences were back to factory spec.

All my gauge options on the three screens were reset.

But I did notice that the pressure sensor monitor stayed for some reason after fueling up on the way home.

Could this have been some sort of over the air software update that messed with my settings?

I bought my truck in mid May. And it’s expired

That’s when I purchased mine and it says expires May 15, 2025.

And even if it does expire…. I don’t think it was reset all your factory settings.

Six months, one year. That’s not really the issue here. When it’s up your truck will revert back to how it was delivered at the dealership

I canceled mine immediately after I bought the truck cause I don't want them reporting all of my information to various agencies - and never had any issues of resetting the whole truck lol

I don't think that's the case, I think something else happened. Also as others have said it's should be one year, mine is up in April.

My app is one year. All my settings were reset as well but I still have active sub. My software update. It’s never happened before. We’ll see

I bought my truck in mid May. And it’s expired

mine also expired exactly 6 months after I got my truck.

This happened to me as well, trial was about to expire and i went in preemptively to cancel and turn off all the tracking stuff. Next day i went in my truck and everything reset even had to re add my phone
