I don’t know what part is making this noise and the dealer didn’t even attempt to find it. It’s super annoying on the highway and rattles pretty loud over any bumps.

My wife’s RAV4 mirror had a similar rattle. The bolts that hold the mirror on were loose.

Korybeene my truck has a rattle in that RF door mirror area also. I didn't hear it from your video but mine is more of a mosquito buzzing around near your ear type noise, and doesn't do it all the time. Seems to be outside temp related and/or the type of road i'm driving on. I took the door panel off, checked for loose bolts, cables etc that I could zip tie down or wrap with adhesive felt tape, didn't find anything.

So put it all back together, noise still there. Opened the RF door and started hitting the outside of the door somewhere between the door handle and mirror with a fist, moderately hard, and found the mirror glass rattle and if I pushed in on that the rattle stopped. I also found if did the same thing and lightly pushed in on the black plastic triangle on the inside of the door (the one that would cover the bolts to remove the outside mirror) that same mosquito noise would go away there too.

Sorry to say haven't had time to figure out the fix, but for me I've narrowed it down to that area. Like someone else said maybe the harness that goes from the door to the mirror housing could be it, if intermittent. Maybe this helps you also.

Have not seen this one before but at least you’ve narrowed it down to the side mirror assembly. I’ve got a rattle coming from somewhere around the passenger seatbelt area when I’m going over vertical bumps and I simply cannot find where it’s coming from. Seems like I will need to remove a trim piece to find it. Of course when I took it to the dealer I could not replicate it.

Could be the window also like someone said... There have been alot of loose windows.... Take off the triangle piece someone mentioned and put foam tape between the window gasket and metel.... Before that I would push on it first and have someone hit the area make sure it goes away
