So, as some of you attested, it can be done. For me, it took help from smaller people. I’m too tall to squeeze my way to undo the straps, but my wife‘s hands were just right. I pulled the strap from the front with a coat hanger bent just the right way while she moved the straps in the right direction to undo it.

From there it was still challenging to push the material between the top and bottom but after 1.5 hours, we had them all done.

Take away? Get help from small people.
