Can't set HOME for Navigation System in Toyota App

I, like most anyone with an iPhone running iOS 18, have been unable to set my Home address in the Toyota App (the only way to accomplish this.) When attempting to set my home address the app just sits there doing nothing.

I called Toyota today to see about this. Toyota told me that this is a "known issue" in iOS 18 and there is no fix yet or an expected fix date. iOS 18 was released on Sept 16, so this seems like a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a fix on something to basic. Interestingly, I can set my home address as a "Favorite" in the app and that seems to work fine.

Come on Toyota!

I was just able to set the Home address in App.. iPhone 16Pro, iOS18.2.. Didnt even know it was there until this thread

Did it show up in your Nav?

Havent tried yet.. Usually use Car play and Apple Maps but will check out later today.

I do too, but I'm one of those people who feels that if you say it works, it should work.

Setting a Favorite address does work and shows up in the NAV as a heart icon.
