Waiting for the rain to quit so I can give mine its first hand wash. I got it ceramic coated soon after buying but it’s only been sprayed off in a wash bay until now. I bought it in October. Can’t wait to foam it up and get the mit on it.

Love me some Chemical Guys. Some of their stuff is a little overhyped (and overpriced), but they have some great cleaners and air fresheners.
Agree on chemical guys being overpriced. Not to say they’re bad but it’s a lot of marketing. I recommend Griots for a great, reasonably priced brand. CarPro if you really want to up your game.

I agree with the joy of cleaning a truck on nice day, followed by a cold beer….i look forward to days coming like this, sadly im looking out my window , enjoying my Hot tea, watching snow coming down in upstate new york, lol…ugh. Spring snow is messy …but hey, im happy some guys are able to enjoy the pleasure of sunshine, warmer weather ,shiny trucks and a cold beer…..those of us still in snow. Few more weeks boys hang in there. Eyeryone else keep our spirits up show some more happy pics…

Car wash Saturday in south Florida. Still cool enough in the morning to find some shade. All Griots products, they just work and a decent price.

Need some advice, the sprinklers come on three times a week. It’s real hard well water that leaves water spots. Will this cause damage over time and have any of you used Griots water spot remover? I haven’t tried it yet. For the wise guys out there, don’t tell me to park somewhere else, LOL.

Here is another vote for Griots products. They helped me keep a black car looking nearly perfect for years. Hard water spots are tough, but I could never see them on my white or silver vehicles. They are really bad on black paint though, particularly if it does not have a clear coat.

Here I go to Canadian Tire for my wash supplies. I use a combination of Mothers wash, Chemical guys for interior wipes and tire cleaner. And either Meguiars or Mothers quick detail and spray wax. And a house brand grit guard bucket. Does a great job and reasonably priced, lots of times on sale. The wash mitt is Chemical guys and I have lots of microfibre cloths.
I lost my job last week and I noticed the truck stays a lot cleaner, longer. Even in the rain. My work was muddy and lots of heavy industry around. So that’s positive, lol. I’ll post a pic later.
