Do you have the Premium audio? Maybe my radio is a lemon. It’s just annoying. Maybe I’ll make an appointment with the dealership. Maybe something faulty regarding the Bluetooth connection in the radio.Strange, because I use CarPlay every day and it is rock solid and never cuts out or skips songs.
I wonder why it is so different on your truck?

iOS 18.3 is beta. #1 rule - beta = expect bugs…. Apple warns of that before downloading. Can’t make any complaint about how carplay works and then say your running a beta OS.I do have the iOS 18.3 update but feel like it was dong it on the last update as well.
Don’t have a problem with it in my wife’s Lexus or the rental Jeep Grand Cherokee I am currently in.iOS 18.3 is beta. #1 rule - beta = expect bugs…. Apple warns of that before downloading. Can’t make any complaint about how carplay works and then say your running a beta OS.
Not sure what one has to do with the other. Guessing you don’t fully understand how beta OS’s work or don’t work with different chipsets. If you even read from Apple, they also warn, do not put beta software on your primary use devices. If you were to walk into the Apple Store and tell them you had a problem - any problem with your phone, #1 very first thing will be to remove the beta software first before we diagnose anything. ANY software person will say the same, make sure your updated with most recent software, and not running beta software before we begin to diagnose anything else.Don’t have a problem with it in my wife’s Lexus or the rental Jeep Grand Cherokee I am currently in.
Delete your vehicle in CarPlay and in the Toyota software. And start over.Don’t have a problem with it in my wife’s Lexus or the rental Jeep Grand Cherokee I am currently in.
