Hello everyone!

I'm Kyle from Alldogs Offroad out of Lincoln, NE. We are primarily a Nissan shop, but with these new gen of Toyota's, we are diving in head first.

This is my first newer Tacoma I've owned and loving it so far. Turbo engine and 8 speed auto makes this truck drive so well, even with the 35s. We will eventually be looking into possible gear sets for these trucks.

We went with a TRD Sport in Bronze Oxide since we plan on adding stuff to it in the future like lockers, etc. Currently in the process of tracking down an OE Disconnecting front sway bar to see if it can be wired up to work on a truck that didn't come with it from the factory.

We picked this truck up for our 2025 & 2026 R&D vehicle/Expo display vehicle. First thing we did was throw our Spacer Eraser lift springs on it. Lift in the front is 1" and rear is 2" unloaded. Rear springs are designed for overland style builds and as you go through these pictures, you will see the rear settle in as we add weight. Currently with the Kuat IBex/Panel kit, FSR Aspen V2 XL, and FSR tailgater awning, the rear is sitting a bit over 1.25" of lift.

These springs pair perfectly with your OE shocks. They ride well enough that I have been pushing off upgrading to a nicer and higher sitting suspension.

Here's how the truck set on the stock wheels/tires with the Spacer Eraser installed and also the Ibex went on the same day.

Here's a link to the install video. The rear of these trucks are a breeze to work on.

A few days after the lift went on, our machined Black Rhino Bahari wheels showed up as well as our 35x10.5x17 Kenda Klever RT's. We had them installed and got away with no rubbing at all lock to lock in normal driving. Was even able to keep the mud guards. At full flex, the rear plate behind the front wheels would have to come off, but sadly haven't had a chance to off road the truck yet.

Truck handles the 35s well with the turbo 4. Obviously lost some MPG's but still averaging 16-17 highway.

Our media guy Mike took the truck after we put the wheels and tires on to get some media shots.

Personally had a hard time selecting wheels for the truck as i despise black wheels. When i saw these BR's, I immediately pulled the trigger. I will admit we may have went a little overkill on the tire size, but i do like the look. Toyota did a good job of designing the fender wells to fit such large tires.

This is also why we only went around 1" lift since these trucks do not need much lift to clear tires.

We have had the pleasure of working with Kuat over the past couple years on their Ibex products. I was one of the first to preorder one, and since then I've stayed in close contact with a couple of their employees.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on an early release of their Panel Kit that they offer for the A1 sku Ibex which would fit a short bed Tacoma.

The fit and finish of this kit is awesome, and there are little add ons that will allow for future pieces to be added to it.

Install videos also of both the Ibex and panel kit onto the Ibex.

Last post i have for now is the Free Spirit Recreation Aspen v2 XL roof top tent and their new Tailgater 180 awning.

Made the trip out to Golden, CO to FSR HQ to have the tent and awning installed.

I already have their Aspen Lite XL on my frontier and wanted to go with the heavier duty Aspen for the tacoma since it will see more use. The Aspen a few inches longer, which gives me a little more foot room and that's what i was looking for.

It does look a little goofy on top of the truck since it's so wide but have to keep the wife and 2 basset hounds comfy when we are out camping lol.

Had to do a stop at the Colorado border sign.

And a couple shots from out Black Rhino shoot we did a last week.

The tailgater awning is my favorite piece to the build. i have a 270 on my frontier, and it's just a bit too clunky to put away. This awning is compact and covers what it needs, as well as goes away quickly too.

We have more parts coming but those will have to wait as I get ready to make the trip to the SAVE Expo in Starke, FL in a week or so.

If you're there, swing by and say hi!
