Delivery date keeps moving. Anyone else?

My original delivery date was 2/20 and has got pushed back a day everyday since 2/13. now showing 2/26. It is in Chicago at the port only about 3 hours from me. I'm guessing the date will hold once it is loaded on the truck and out for delivery at what point it will be updated to ground status. I looked in the allocation sheet for other vin numbers and it seems like there is handful with same dates. Seems mine should be one of the next batches to get loaded and head out based on vin numbers and dates that have already been delivered. Just curious some of you guys that have already taken delivery , how long was your truck at the port?

Yes, mine moved from today 2/19 to 2/26. Hoping that will be the last delay. I'm in Ohio

Yep, mine was originally slated for 2/22-2/29 then pushed back to 2/23-3/1 then again pushed to 2/25-3/3. Now I don’t show a date at all on either Toyota-tracker, the allocation sheet or the dealer website. Slightly annoying. Maybe it’ll just randomly show up at the dealer unexpectedly. One can hope, right? FWIW, I have a TRD Off-Road Premium in Underground on the books.

Well son of a gun, my dealer was supposed to look into it but never got back to me today. Luckily I’m out of town for the next month so it’s not a huge issue but dang it, I’d like to be driving the taco on the days I’m home.

Talked to my dealer today. The delivery date hasn't changed so far, but it was supposedly delayed due to them waiting on floor mats. I'm not sure where that delay would happen, but we'll see how the week goes. I can't imagine it will be here

My delivery date disappeared yesterday and now in QC hold. Says check back every Friday after 12:00. Dealer said that all incoming Tacomas in the area are on the hold.

I guess just be glad you have a date still. Mine was suppose to be delivered at the end of Feb and has been “delayed” since 8 Feb, no reason why, no estimated delivery what so ever.

Does your happen to be an off-road premium? My sales guy seems to think it may be the premiums that are delayed. I haven’t seen very many on here that have been delivered now that I think about it.

Yes mine is , but my dealership said this happed to all their inbound Tacomas. They had a sport and a SR5 that also got put on hold. Seems to be fairly widespread so I am hopping Toyota will be quick about addressing whatever is going on.

They take too much longer I may just move my deposit to a hybrid at a certain point. The wait was the only thing keeping me from picking up the hybrid to begin with.

Same. Mine was last spotted at the port 3 hours away so I am hoping once it gets released it will be here quick.

Would it kill Toyota to publically address this QC hold? Obviously it seems to be effecting quite a few people, and I'm starting to assume it's effecting my delivery to as mine should've been at the dealer a week ago.

I get the potentially bad PR depending on the reason for the QC hold but Jesus, give us something, anything.

Yep, was originally supposed to start production mid Feb, then moved to 2/26, and just got an update today that production is now 3/6. So delivery is about a month after production starts but if it never starts then
