I am past that point now, but that is what happened with my truck too. After it slide back by one day multiple times the dealer finally received my truck. Good luck.

Same here. It was 10/29-10/31. Then no dates, just 'in transit'. Then 11/6-11/8. Then just 11/8. Now back to 11/6-11/8. Dealer didn't have any more info as of today, but hoping the truck arrives this weekend.

hot damn I love this thing! Parallel parking was humbling haha but I’ll adjust. My first car was about this long so it’s just re-engaging that muscle memory.

here’s hoping yours arrives this weekend!

some things of note:
- the revised air intake cover was on there
- all the panel gaps seemed good. Nothing weird.
- interior panels seemed solid and like they got their assembly dialed.
- No gremlins with any of the trailhunter specific Lighting we tested everything and they all turned on fine
-the windshield cowl issue doesn’t seem to be here so I’m hoping they fixed that on the assembly line already and you don’t have that issue either!

That's a good looking truck! 6ft bed too. Congrats! Good to hear they've worked out some of the early issues.

thx :) Perks of the late year build for sure. The 6’ bed is so nice. I know it’s not for everyone, but it’s absolutely perfect for me and my needs!

Picked up my trailhunter today.
Built: Sept 10th

Delivered and picked up: Nov 9th.

The truck missed the boat by a couple of days so it basically took an extra 3-4 weeks.

i'll post some pics later, its been a long day of driving to and from the dealer.

Extra 3-4 weeks??? My TH was built on August 10th and my dealer thinks it might arrive later this week. Apparently, my truck couldn’t find the boat for a while.

They only send the boat once a month as far as i can tell. Mine was built a day or two after the month's boat left so it was basically worst case wait til the next one.

different coast and different logistics though.

Since my dealer claims the delay is due to Toyota wanting to ensure everything is perfect on such an expensive truck, I suspect given that my VIN is just outside the transmission TSB, it got some post-production rework.

Picked up my Trailhunter this week. Finally! Nearly 3 months from build to delivery. No issues with build quality that I've noticed. Really only two things I found, both minor:
- They had to have a service tech come out to set up the Toyota app thing on the infotainment screen. It went to a blank screen when you tried to get to the QR code. Been working fine since.
- Tires were over-inflated. Seems like a common thing. All tires were between 42-46 psi. Supposed to be 30 according to the manual. Easy fix and reason to try out the compressor!

Looking good! The LB is so nice right??

weird your app got buggy but I’m happy it’s resolved itself. So far mines been pretty seamless. I got lucky with the tires. I think my dealer is one of the few that actually checks the PSI lol. They definitely lowered it a bit before I took delivery which was nice.

the compressor buttons tripped me up at first with how hard to press them etc and I still need to set my presets but overall it’s pretty smooth. I put one of those lock flate quick clamps on there with the little adapter piece to expedite the process a bit and it seems to be working great so far!

so far I’ve added a full bed rug, bed stiffeners (more for the the tie down points really), tonneau cover to hold tide until I get my LP camper in the spring, and some little interior organizers. This thing is so easy to slap accessories onto. :)

I haven’t touched the electronics yet. That’s the one thing giving me pause cus of the hybrid of it all. I’m debating running some heavy gauge wire to the engine bay from the 12v backseat battery as a connector point for accessories but I need to chat with a shop/see what the tundra hybrid folks have done. I can do some electrical work for sure but I’m deff not a certified electrician. I’ve got a little alternator charger for my power station that I want to figure out next. If I get any good electrical Intel for the hybrids I’ll deff pass it on!

got anything fun planned for yours?
