Contact your Dealer first. I don't care for my dealer's service department. I am a 40 year ASE Master and unfortunately they are clueless. Need to get the regional rep involved I guess. I just don't have the time right now.

I agree. No properly functioning transmission should ever make a sound like high centering on a rock when shifting into reverse.

So let's do something about it! All starts at the grassroot level!
What can we do beside bring it to the dealer and call corporate
And then watch them not do anything...
