Driver's side door not unlocking

Very weird behavior. It was working normally prior to dropping it off to get the truck wrapped in PPF. During that time, I had the Toyota app guest driver function enabled to monitor operation, but that is now disabled.

As you can see from the video below, when I approach the truck with the fob and put my hand on the handle, it does not unlock and instead clicks audibly 3 or so times, as though it is trying to unlock but cannot.

Clicking the unlock button on the fob unlocks the rear door, but the driver door remains locked. I literally have to climb through the passenger door to unlock the driver's door.

What gives?

I always hate to assume but I wonder if they tried to disassemble something in order to wrap it and broke the locking mechanism.

I returned to the shop and oddly enough the door unlock worked as normal.

It had something to do with the Guest function on the Toyota app. I had it enabled while they were working on it with a 5 mile radius.

I disabled the overall Guest function but the individual settings within that Guest function were still enabled. Going back in and disabling each alert/parameter resolved the issue.

I've had this issue since my truck was new. Driver's door will randomly lock itself, and won't open unless you unlock it from the inside, or cycle lock/unlock on the key fob. I'll also do it when the truck is running (in park), and you have to manually unlock it. Super annoying. More troubling is it will also randomly unlock the driver's door when locked. I've had it to 2 different dealers, and they can't replicate it, so I'm stuck for now.
