According to the released spec sheet, the manual models get 4.30 gears ,,which will be pretty good for all the big tire boys. The autos are claimed to get 3.60s, do y’all think this holds true to the factory 33” optioned trucks?
These specs are for mostly SR grade. The TRD manuals , and all hybrids, get a BB24 rear end with a 9.5” ring gear. Hoping the hybrids get the 4.30 gearing also.
Any idea why the gear ratio is so high? I would think it would be in the fours versus the mid threes, but I don't know much about how this works. I am going up on tire size and want to make sure I don't get too far out of whack. I think our trucks get 3.58 while a ranger raptor has 4.10.
