First ever look at Bronze Oxide 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport

Does anyone know if heated seats are part of the upgrade package? I see 8 way power adjustable front seats and heated steering wheel.

Love the colour, super annoyed it won’t be available in Canada, would have been my first choice for colour.

Yeah, somebody needs to message Toyota Canada as to why we can’t get certain colors and why we can’t get the TRD Sport automatic in the 5ft box. Also the TRD off-road is now comes with 6ft box ( looks too long and stretched out) and if you want to get the 5ft box you have to get the upgraded version.

Unfortunately Toyota doesn't really care, as evidenced by their cockamamie "ordering" process.

IE: I would have bought a RAV4 Wilderness instead of a Bronco Sport last year in a heartbeat had they offered a sunroof on the model. They do not in the USDM but they did in Canada. For the same exact vehicle. I called Toyota NA and their response was "our market research indicates otherwise." When I brought up that it was available north of the border, I was told "oh."

Really like this color. I can see why Toyota’s marketing literature repeatedly shows the Trailhunter in Bronze Oxide. With the bronze accents (wheels and grille), the color matches perfectly.

Thanks for the photos. My wife and I will be excited to see in person this color coupled with the bluish-gray TH-specific leatherette.

Agree! All the things I'd want. Lower (cheaper) trim package, with the short box automatic. In addition to the power tailgate, the digital rear view mirror that you can't get on the OR premium in Canada but it comes with it in the US. Don't care much for the sway bar disconnect (also standard in the US but not in Canada).

Complain all you want to Toyota, and they'll answer that their market research says otherwise. I'll tell you what their market research tells them. The research tells them that Canadians are willing to pay more for truck than Americans will. That the Candian market is willing to accept less features for more or same money. The research also states that the Canadian market will also still buy a truck no matter what the colour options that are available.

That's likely the facts of their market research. There's no other explanation. Oh and yes, I have a deposit on an OR premium. Was the only way to get a short box automatic in Canada. I'm one of their statistics of the Canadian market research

These photos give me greater confidence in my selection of bronze oxide! I have a deposit on a TRD Off Road 6' box non-premium scheduled to be built 2/26. I had to 'develop a relationship" with (5) different dealerships/sales representatives to locate it. One of those sales reps. was kind enough to tell me that a 6th dealership 300 miles away had an allocation that closely met my needs. Toyota doesn't make it easy!

I'm the exact opposite of you. The marketing photos made that color look great but when I see pictures that regular people take I'm not so sure about it. I think it looks like it's got a really greenish hue to it, like an old dirty penny.

Got word from my dealer, my bronze oxide TRD Off-road is on the truck on its way to be delivered. I should have it by 3/15! Pumped!!!!

I really think this is the top color for the 24 Tacoma. It looks great in all lighting conditions I've seen.

I will post some photos later. Yeah, I like the color too. The most important though not the color and the look but that it drives nothing like previous generation Tacoma. I have had my BMW 3-series with M-package and driving 2022 Tacoma it felt very disappointing driving a truck after having a car with a perfect sports handling. Driving 2024...thanks to the coil-springs in the 4th-gen and probably some other handling tweaks...I dare say that new Tacoma feels a little bit sporty.
