Anyone else notice a clunk in the front suspension under a sharp compression/rebound event? I get this occasionally even on the road. I am only noticing it on the left side. It doesn’t appear that the shock is blown through the mount or anything. Possibly it will need the shock replaced? I’ll have the dealer check it at the 6 month service but figured I’d see if anyone else shares this issue. TRD OR model, specifically.

I don't hear a clunk but within the last couple months I've developed a popping/cracking sound from the front suspension when I'm slowly going over uneven surfaces like backing out of the driveway or turning into a parking space.

I’d love to just say screw it and toss the Fox QS3s on it lol. I’d prefer to not spend that kind of coin at the moment, however.

No clunks for me. I even have a Westcott Pre Collar lift and have run in some pretty nasty stuff. I also have the Icon reinforcement plate. Maybe check the mount bolts and make sure they're tight? I'd take it in. That's not normal. I'm at 13k miles now so it if was normal, I think I would've heard it by now.

TRD OR and I hear it on the front drivers side occasionally when going over a bump. It's not often.

On the TRD OR models, the Bilstein shocks have what they call End Stop Control Valves (ESCV). The clunk you're hearing is probably the shock piston hitting the ESCV. I can hear it on speed bumps and different large hits.

thought this as well but it’s only on the one side. If that’s normal function I may have to replace the suspension with something else. I’ll let the dealer take a look whenever I get around to taking it in

I need to have mine looked at before I try the westcott spacers, they'll blame that if its installed. Seems I have plenty of time though as the shipping is taking forever.
