The glove box in my truck is not snug when shut and you can rattle or push it in a little more than seems normal and I’m wondering if that’s how they are or if I need to look into adjusting it or adding stoppers. I noticed it went in a little when. Friend got in to my truck and pushed up against it. I forgot to look at it closer and am out of town for four days so I’m wondering if your trucks are built the same. It doesn’t look bad or rattle when driving, just weird that it does that. Does yours do the same? 150 miles so far and am very happy with it.

I think either Texas Trucks or TFL pointed out that exact thing on their glove box. Seems like that's just how it's designed. Maybe so it doesn't get damaged if someone hits it with their knees?

I believe I saw this mentioned in another post, so I was sure to check this in the truck I looked at today. I was able to push in on the glove box but it felt like there was a little spring tension. Not much, but enough to keep it from rattling it would seem.

I’ll probably do as you mentioned, add bump stops.

Great and thanks, it’s really not an issue. Friend is a hater and laughed. I am very happy with the truck so far. First vehicle I have ever purchased and didn’t have some kind of buyer remorse afterwards

I just checked mine, it's able to be pushed in a bit also when latched.
