Is anyone else having a very clicky type rattle coming from the dash? It seems to lessen when I hold/push the JBL speaker down a little. I didn't have the issue until it got cold, with the exception of if I had the sunroof and back sliding window open - which apparently causes some sort of airflow pattern that makes the same rattle, however I did not attribute that issue to the JBL speaker as I rarely run that combination and there's no way I'm testing that in the middle of midwest winter. I hate rattles and it's driving me crazy but I can't think of a fix for it with exception of removing the speaker.

I have a rattle coming from the plastic trim piece around my HUD.

Maybe some electrical tape layered up on the dash under the JBL speaker to put pressure on the speaker to prevent movement?

Yes I have that same exact thing. I took felt tape, adhesive on the back side. It's about half inch wide and a bit thicker than a credit card, I cut that in half so it's about quarter inch. Then took speaker out and put it on the dash side around the upper edge but not so you'd see it with the speaker in place. This made it so I had to apply downward pressure just a bit to lock the speaker in place. This reduced the rattle by quite a bit.

I found pushing down hard on the speaker does make it go away. Now I'm taking the same road home every day pushing on adjacent areas and it's either the push button used to remove the speaker or it's the bucket area of the speaker that is the issue. Haven't nailed it down exactly. Maybe for you the felt tape will be the fix though.
