Lane Assist disabled during towing- is this a setting?

I was surprised to find that lane assist seems to be disabled when towing a trailer. Is this a setting somewhere, or is this how it works? Disappointing for those long distance cross countries with the camper.

Review of the Land Cruiser I watched recently said blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, and dynamic cruise control all turned off when towing. Kind of disappointing, tbh, especially when other midsize trucks are able to make it work.

Blind spot monitoring still works, in fact it actually extends back to the end of the trailer length that you set. Dynamic cruise control also still works thank god. The only thing that doesn’t seem to do is the lane steering. Weird that the landcruiser loses all that- that terrible.

That's great news. Weird the LC would be any different. Maybe the reviewer was wrong (but he bought the LC for the channel, so I'd assume he'd know it pretty well).
