Less than 1,000 miles on a ‘25 SR5 and there’s the CEL, what in the world’

So yeah, I totally registered an account just to complain. Hopefully this is the catalyst to start a long fulfilling relationship but for now I’m a little upset. Right there you can see 867 miles on the odometer and the check engine light. Who else experienced this and what was the outcome?

No one can really tell you the outcome without knowing what the codes are or what the issue is. Best advice: It's still well under warranty. Take it in and have the dealership fix it.

Can certainly understand why you'd be upset. I don't think many of us here have experienced much in the way of errors or malfunctions like this, perhaps a few of us. Anyhow, if you hit up the google search engine, I'll bet you can find a way, as I just did out of curiosity, to get rid of that error. Or at least reset it. That said, dealer is your best option.

Already scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Unfortunately I'm out of town for work right now and won’t be back until then. Fortunately it runs but the cruise control isn’t an option at the moment. I’ll be sure to report back when I know more.
