For the Sport Premium Package, is the upper area of the door padded or is it plastic? That’s where my arm rests. Also, is the middle console top padded enough, or would you like for it to be more plush? I’m leaning toward a Limited, but also want a 6 foot bed, so looking at a premium Sprort. Thanks,
