f your worried about debris floating around in your transmission this looks like a cheap and effective solution.
Is there a transmission line to plug that into? I don't recall seeing anything coming off the tranny.

Looks like it just hooked up to a cooler line.

Pretty sure it does. It’s in the radiator I believe?

I've been Googling and am still not sure. It may have a transmission heater to get it up to temp faster.

I’ll crawl under tomorrow and see how difficult install will be? Won’t be fun, I’m gonna wait until it warms up later in the week, -24 this morning!

I wouldnt mess around with that on a modern vehicle. That would surely void a warranty, almost guaranteed.

Also, the debris left behind in the trans' was sand from the castings, not metal particles.

This would be something that could potentially be used on an old 80's or 90's vehicle, even then i wouldnt want to mess with flow to and from the trans.

You could do roughly the same with a strong magnet on the trans oil pan, but its very likely theres a magnet internally in the trans pan already.
