Missing under hood insulation

I own a 2024 Tacoma TRD Off Road gas Turbo. I had the same experience as TacoJay when a very experienced auto body shop manager looked under my hood. He was shocked to see no hood insulation. I also have a weird wind noise coming from the passenger side cabin at speeds over 65 MPH. The sound is not a whistle, but more like a low rumbling sound. I do not believe Toyota has it standard on my model, but am not 100% sure. What about transparency? How does someone know what they are buying unless the hood insulation is listed somewhere? I can't find it anywhere on the Toyota website. What's going on? Any help?

Yeah based on my "research" originally, I was under the impression that the more premium models were equipped with the insulation (I assumed both my Sport 4X4 and your Off-road would be "Premium" but apparently not lol).
Now when I search for the insulation everybody has them online and they are a lot cheaper than the $400ish (not including the push pins!) they were when I bought my truck.
