New Member - Idaho - First Taco

Howdy,

Greetings from Idaho! I've been lurking on the forums for the past few months and finally decided to contribute to the community. Picked up a 2024 Tacoma TRD Offroad Premium (Bronze Oxide) last November and have been having a blast with it. Previous vehicle is a 1993 Nissan Pathfinder XE with 295,000 miles so this Tacoma might as well be a space ship. Before the Pathfinder, I owned a 1990 4Runner (sent it too hard and blew up the engine. should have kept it and swapped the engine) but i digress.

Anyways the Taco is stock but looking to mods over time.

Congrats! That is a beautiful truck - Bronze Oxide is one of my favorite colors on a 4th gen.

I came from a 2011 Tundra and you are right - compared to older trucks these are space ships. 4th gens are amazing trucks which are lots of fun off road and run trails like a bobcat.

Maybe you've seen this,

but if you drop it in 4L and select the correct view, the camera will show what's under the engine. Go figure.

Best feature so far is the torque and hp. Perfect for mountain driving
