I added a few rubber bumpers on mine so the bumpers sit between the cover and the window.

Do you guys get water in the bed when its raining ?
I'm pretty disappointed how wet it gets in there.
I get a little along the edges, but nothing like I got with the Gen 3 cover. Past practice has me bagging everything I put back there, but it wasn't necessary on the last trip to Seattle.

Mine leans against the cab when I open it, but has the support rods that can be connected which pull it off the cab if I need to drive anywhere with it opened up so it's not rubbing against the cab or vibrating.
Just want to give everyone in here an update. If you read the instructions that are on the cover "OEM" It says the cover is supposed to be leaned against the back cab/window and the prop rods are to hold it against that. Not hold the weight of it by themselves. I assume the same is true for the bakflip which is why it is adjustable.

Here’s a picture of the label on the OEM bed cover:

Here’s pictures of the cover with and without the prop attached to the cover:

As I wrote before, the majority of the weight of the cover is resting on the bed rails, even when it’s folded up. The props are there to keep it from flopping down while you’re driving. There’s hardly any stress on the props, and I’ve driven many miles with it folded up like this without any issues whatsoever. If I slide the cover further towards the cab so the cover is resting on the glass with the props attached, there would be less coverage at the tailgate. I’m pretty sure this is how it’s supposed to be, but if I’m wrong, I guess I’ll just have to live with it.
