Just received my '24 TRD Off Road last week and absolutely love it. Spent some time today looking things over and was curious.
Upon checking the oil, I discovered that the oil was in the exact middle of the dipstick between the two dots. After looking at the owners manual it appears the bottom dot is add oil and the top dot is Overfull. For those of you who have received your 24's, what's your oil level? I'm trying to figure out what's 'normal' for these.
On my other vehicle, a Subaru WRX, there's a max-fill, full and low marking. With the Tacoma only having the two I'm just trying to make sure that everything is as it should be. One a related note, whoever thought a mirror polished dipstick was a good idea is an idiot. Took me forever to find lighting to be able to actually check the level and be able to even see the oil.
