I don’t think the Pro’s did either

The Pros I've seen have all had them. Pic from recent drive event.

Wild that Ruissimo's build sheets is saying his Trailhunter has one. I'm probably in the minority as I actually would prefer they did come with a moonroof, but I have not seen one on any of the production Trailhunters I've seen :crying:

I do not think Trailhunters are coming with a moonroof. The production trucks from the recent first drive event did not have them and TRD Jon on YouTube recently said with confidence that they do not have them. There has been some confusion over this (Toyota's website said they did and the pre-production trucks had them) but I'm now pretty sure they don't have them.
Thanks. I was going off the spec comparison on the website that still shows the moonroof for the Pro and the TH and as an option for the OR. I'll assume you're correct but one has to wonder what is so challenging for Toyota to be accurate on its website and what else may be incorrect. In any event I'll be waiting to see what people actually get when the TH gets delivered.

"My build sheet says I get a sunroof. Please adjust the price down by $2,000.00. Or give me all these port-installed options for free. Plus an extended warranty. Thank you."

Doesn't hurt to try.

I’d prefer a moonroof even though I too will be adding a Lone Peak and roof rack. Good for venting summer heat while parked, dog fumes, or letting smoke out.
I’ll be bummed if my $66k truck does not come with one.

I am literally purchasing a Tacoma Pro in Nebraska because all of the dealers I’ve been to here in the (not so) great state of New York are marking this vehicle up 10 to 15%. And they make no bones about it. They tell you right to your face. If you don’t like it, buy elsewhere! So to your point, not going to one of the “idiots!”
I bought my Pro 2 days ago in Kentucky. It was actually 4500 off window sticker. I do see a few dealers still asking 70k plus after they mark them up though. Took a few days of shopping hard online and calling but I got a great deal at the end of day. Only 6 hr drive

Nice deal. Certainly worth the drive.

Thanks, I'm pretty happy about it. I even found one in black. The black or white models were the only ones that I really liked. Less flashy in my opinion. That was my turn off with the TH. The black ones were nice but the bronze rims and racks all over were too much for my taste. I didnt want to have 2-3k in things I'd just take off day 1 and sell.

Is there anything you're not happy about with your Pro?

Pro 60% highway 40% county rds. I honestly think the bolstered on the seats make it the most uncomfortable vehicle that I've ever riden, owned or driven in. I'm 5'11" 195lbs muscular build so not a huge person or big person by any means. The side bolstering is too high and actually hurts my legs. You'd have to sit straight forward and be 140 lbs to fit between it.

For reference I've owned or own multiple F350 Limitied or platinum trims/ F350/ 550 XL trims, Chevy 2500 mid grade trims, dunp trucks etc. This thing is genuinely the most uncomfortable vehicle from a seat and interior trim that I've owned. I'm a construction worker/ owner and spend majority of my free time in wilderness or woods so I'm not a lady a$& that needs a Serta mattress and luxurious things but the edges on the door panel and cebter console sole are straight 90 degrees with no padding on the hard corners.

The softtek and padding is horrible. The hard plastic edges on center console, door arms rests aren't covered and if you use them they are quite uncomfortable. I can see it wearing through within 70k miles.

Backing out of parking spot with vehicles waiting to pull in at busy shopping Plaza and truck hard brakes in reverse 2x. Not big fan of safety 3.0 by Toyota.

THE GAS MILEAGE IS HORRIBLE, after 1100 miles I average 17mpg using mid grade shell plus fuel. My 500 plus hp and 1200 ft lb 8k lb f350 got 17 mpg with 10 ply Duratracs on it.

I'm probably going to sell this truck as soon as I can stomach losing a few grand. Pretty disappointed honestly.

My apologies on thread hijack I was thinking of actually starting one or posting truck for sale soon.

I really appreciate your honest feedback. I really haven't read much about the comfort. And now the breaking issue which you mentioned. I canceled the '24 Pro, in hopes that some things would improve from what other Pro owners have said. Definitely has me thinking.🤔

There may be a way to turn off the braking when in reverse but I was thoroughly pissed as the truck slammed hard to a stop as I'm trying to simply back up. The rear warning sensors weren't even going off.

I wondered if I would get comfortable in the truck si ce my last DD was completely different and I put 140k on it and 90k on my other DD both being 2500/F350 size vehicles. It's not the roominess, space or even the layout. I actually love the layout but the door amd center console sole are impossible to put your arm on comfortably. The Pro seats are the issue as I feel the non pro seats have less of a defined side bolster and are more comfortable. I didn't spend 1100 miles in those seats either so they may be the same. I really really want to like this truck but I refuse to be uncomfortable and get 17mpg in a midsized vehicle. If I had put 35's and bolted 1000 lbs of junk to it I could understand but this is a pretty stock truck. I don't even see an SR5 access cab 2wd getting 23 or 24 mpg. The IForce Max is only available on higher trim trucks so you would assume they would at least break 20 mpg
