Remove bumper Tacoma 24’ sr5

When removing the bumper on the sr5 how do I remove this (pictured)? It is not the same as all the other videos where you remove clips and a few 10mm bolts and it pops out to remove a Phillips head screw. When finally getting to where the “screw” should be there is a blank hole and to the right you can see a screw back like it’s been screwed in from the inside. There HAS to be a different way to remove the sr5 bumper without the black fender flares.

I followed instructions on YouTube, but I have a limited, and my painted fenders don't have a seam there, so the fender was pulled back, and the bumper came off behind it.

Do you mind posting the link? A shop told me 6hours to change the grill/take off bumper and that is ridiculous.

my local auto body shop Nave Motors in Novato north bay California charged me $230 to install a new heritage/pro style grill on my new '24 RS5
The bumper has to be removed to do that
do Not forget to unhook the battery b 4 bumper removal OR U risk needing to recalibrate the sensors a $1200 trip to the dealer !
