Roof Lights Help

Hello: I have a TRD Sport '24 with a Prinsu rack and would like to install lights on the rack, I searched on forum and saw different suggestions on how to wire the lights but am still confused. Does anyone have any detailed directions or a video on how to do it? Pretty handy but nervous about drilling though vehicle. Thanks!
