Hello just wanted to ask a few questions, did you buy the hardware kit from toyota for this bed rack or did it come with the order? Also did the boxes fit in your truck bed when you received shipment? Thanks so muchHey whats up guys, here is a before and after of my 2024 Trailhunter. I decided to go with the factory ARB bed rack this thing just fits this truck imo the best . It looks so good but thats just me.
The entire install took me a little over 7 hours , there was ALOT involved from removal of both tail lights, drilling into the rear bed for structural support of the rear brackets, drilling a hole atop of the bed scene lighting to fed the CHMSL wire harness , taking apart the drivers side panels to tapping into a factory terminal block. I plan on possibly adding the HD kit if the roof bed rack is to heavy and it starts shifting I might install it later.
Install difficulty 6 out of 10 . The only reason I decided to install it on my own was because dealerships were asking $1200 to $1800 for install and two to three days in the shop. I asked for the install guide which was 60 pages long, I just made sure I had all tools on hand and laid it all out.

Hardware comes with the kit , no instructions. I had to speak with the service manager and printed out a full 60 page document on how to install. The top of the rack did not fit in my trucks bed. I had to return to the dealership with a work van for pickup.
