My truck doors don't buzz. I've got the hood deadener in the Premium package in my OR. It's dead quiet.

I would think that would be the direction to go unless your doors make noise.

I think it depends on the source of the buzz. I have not seen many people post about this, so it might be something on just your truck that the dealer can fix.

Sound deadener is a great upgrade. I buy it online and cut it out myself, which saves a good bit of money. The first truck I used this on was my 2nd gen Taco and it made a lot of difference in how quiet it was. The hardest part of that job is removing the interior bits so you can install that, which can take some time and be a PITA. I did it when I had my interior opened up to upgrade the sound system.
