Stock tires PSI for Tacoma Off Road?

What is the correct PSI for the stock tires on a Tacoma Off Road? Mine are at 39 but inside the door says they should be 32.

Anyone know what the minimum psi would be. I'm gonna hit some trails this weekend and was thinking of airing down. I'm thinking 25 would be good but wasn't sure how low would be correct.
