No, but have you checked the tire pressure for all of the tires?
Why at 40mph? Is the ride harsh at all speeds exceeding 40mph?
is it harsh only upon acceleration? Or deceleration? Or constant speed? Or all of the above?

No rough ride on my Pro at any speed. @32spoke makes some good suggestions and don't hesitate to take it to your dealer to find out what is going on if you can't figure it out.

I also have a TRD Pro, now with 3000km, and that is exactly what I noticed from day one. For me it’s only between 60-80 km/h when I feel a shudder or rumble. At all other speeds the trucks is perfectly smooth. I know what out of balance wheels feel like, and this is quite different. It seems like it could be coming from the driveline or transmission and I’ve thought it could also be related to the hybrid system especially when the engine is lugging in a high gear. When I drop to a lower gear manually at the same speed the shudder is reduced. Waiting for the first service to let the dealer know.

Also… not common, but driveshaft balance could also be something to consider

I have a limited hybrid and I think I've noticed similar to the point that I was contemplating if I should make a post about it.

For me, if I've got the truck in the 38-40mpg zone, it's got a noticably rough transmission spot. Below that and above that, smooth as glass and beautiful.

An I worried it's any kind of issue? 100% no.
I suspect that's it's just a small window where the computer is struggling to determine whether to shift down and rev up or shift up and rev down.

And that if I crossed through that zone under harder or softer effort, might not notice, but I happen to have just the right load pressure that it becomes a bit indecisive. Sensation for me is like a really rough idle.

I equate it similarly to a 5-speed automatic Toyota I have where the shifting is wonderful, but if I apply or back off the accelerater "just right", the shift from first to second gear is very rough. In 20y of owning that vehicle, never I've been an issue other than the annoyance when conditions are perfect and I happen to trip that wire.

In this case, there are a lot of systems the ECU is working to coordinate: engine rev, turbo usage, transmission gearing, whether to apply battery power or use the electric motor for regen braking. That's quite the condition matrix to traverse.

I'm wondering and hoping it'll settles out as the engine and transmission break in.

I experience the same thing on my Trailhunter. Can’t figure it out…Yet. I notice it still does it when I put the trans in neutral while coasting but it does not seem as bad. Don’t think it’s the tires because it seems it is more of a vibration than out of balance tires

Watching this thread as I feel a similar vibration in my pro right around 40. It was first pointed out by a passenger, I'm coming from a 2013 Sierra with literally no suspension so I didn't notice it at first. Been racking my brain trying to decide if it's just tire rumble or what.

Hmmm... This is something that I will pay more attention to and I will report back if I can detect anything like that in my Pro. I am pretty mechanically tuned in and I should have noticed it, but maybe not.
