For the free ToyotaCare maintenance services, does anyone know if the dealership will just give me the oil and filters so that I can do the work at home myself?

Based on this previous post, I'm debating between installing a Fumoto valve or Femco drain plug. I think I'd prefer Femco, but I'm not sure what the the dealer would do. It's not like they'd have a Femco drainer handy. It wouldn't surprise me if their solution for either Femco or Fumoto was to just unscrew the valve to drain the oil.

All that's to say that I'd be happy for the free oil and to just do the work myself if possible.

I've installed Fumotos on my last two trucks. On my previous truck, in the rare times I took it in for an oil change, I brought my hose in. Obviously, the hose isn't needed for a Fumoto, but I think it is for the Femco.

Great question. Please post when you have the answer. I wonder if they’ll give you the oil too.
I did do my own 1k oil change and added the Valvomax valve for future self oil changes.

If they are dispensing the oil out of a large drum/container, I'm pretty confident they won't give you any oil to do the oil change, let alone a filter. Even if they are using Toyota quarts, service and parts are basically two separate entities at a dealership.
