Yes, there's considerably more. I just ordered the wider mud flaps and also some rock sliders with top plates from westcott designs so I'm hoping that will be enough to solve the the problem. If that doesn't solve it then I guess I'll need to get the wider flares.
Thanks for the reply.
Would you say the tread "poke" is about 1" past the flare.
I have factory running boards on the Sport Prem. I've also added Ark mudguards which may help a little.

Was also considering the PK18INTRDWHEEL Toyota wheels as the offset is 45mm.

They look ok but the trailhunter and PRo's look nicer IMHO and great with your colour combination.

Agreed. The added poke inevitably causes more stuff to fly onto the sides of your truck. I added some rock sliders with kick outs towards the rear that have helped a lot, and also the ARK micro guards that also help to add a little protection. If you run sliders or running boards, these will definitely help to protect those rear fenders, but there are a ton of mud guard options out there as well to consider.
How much would you estimate the tire tread is past the fenders with your setup?
I'm running narrower 265/70r 18 Toyo AT3's for now.
Had a local EXPEL film guy cover the grill, hood, and several other areas impact that are prone to chipping. Highly recommended after using the product on my last two trucks.

Check out my thread on the subject. Iā€™ve got some pictures to give you an idea of the side poke. Iā€™d guess less than 1/2ā€ of tread (if that) pokes out on level ground with the wheels dead straight, but the second you start cutting the wheelā€¦ thatā€™s when stuff really starts flying lol. The bulk of the poke is coming from the outer sidewalls of the tires. The outer face of the wheels themselves are nearly dead even with the fender flares. In my opinion, itā€™s right at the threshold of needing larger flares. With the additional protection youā€™re adding, I wouldnā€™t be super concerned. At the end of the day, these are trucks after all. Nothing wrong with a few scratches and a little bit of mud! šŸ˜œ
