Drive an F350 or F550 all day then hop into your Pro. I've personally never driven a softer riding truck than my Pro. That's coming from owning Denali, Limited Fords and GMC vehicles. It's as smooth as my Q7 suv. I don't know how it could get any softer. Maybe try a Subaru outback or Honda Ridgeline.

Are you comparing an off road pickup to a Porshe Boxster?
Correct, thought that was obvious. I hope I'm not offending with the stiff road feedback comment. Truck-wise I'm comparing my 2025 TRD Pro to my 2011 Gen 2 Tacoma Sport Premium. Carwise a 2022 Boxster (GTS 4.0, second-stiffest of the bunch next to the Spyder).. and to be clear: I feel road imperfections in the TRD Pro more than any vehicle I've owned to date - truck and car (with road&track tires). If I understand your question the logic confuses me as the Porsche should be delivering paramount road surface feedback especially the imperfections, etc.

I'm beginning to suspect this is a tire issue - Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac R/T (around 6m15s)

Weather and temperature is all over the place up here -- ~20'C swings, waiting a few weeks to shed a few PSI

There is probably no better judge than me on ride quality....

The roads around here are the most terrible...

TRD Pro suspension in the softest setting is a bit on the firm side, but still manages to do great shock absorption... When the road gets grainy or with small imperfections it really shines as it filter all those frequencies.

So for me the suspension is perfect, any more softer and you will have a FJ Cruiser suspension which is incredible soft but you get tired quickly because of how much it sways all over the place specially when braking...

Imperfections are completly muted in my Pro... what pressures are you running at? I am at 28 cold.

Have you checked all four springs for pucks inside them?

Well Josh is not running the OEM tires that I have, so I guess that could be a factor and maybe also the tire pressure and cold temps.

But I agree with a lot of you that this is one great riding off road truck, and I would not want it any softer. In fact after I tried the softest setting I moved the shocks back to 2, because it was too soft for me when it was set to 1.

The real question is..where can the rest of us buy these QS3s for our non-Pro trucks? Assuming Toyota doesn’t sell the parts unless you have a Pro VIN?

That is a good question @BAQ717. I never looked into that but I hoped that you could buy them directly from Fox. Have you looked into that, or has Toyota bribed Fox to keep them exclusive?

Fox doesn't appear to have them listed

Previous generations + potential incorrect matches for 2024+ on various Toyota OEM parts sites:
ptr61-35240-rr (RF, LF, RR, LR) <-- most typically for these parts.. likely these aren't correct
