Warranty and aftermarket dash cam.

Has anyone had any issues with installing a aftermarket dash cam and dealership/ warranty issues?
I’m considering adding a Dongar adapter and dash cam. There seems to be some thoughts on adding non-eom devices will create a Toyota Warranty problem. Any experience or suggestions?

I added my Garmin Mini 2 using the Dongar and can't imagine it causing a warranty issue. It works great. (But you do have to turn Carplay off in your phone to access videos wirelessly.)

All that the adapter does is plug (inline) into the 12-volt mirror circuit and then reduce the power to 5 volts for the camera.
