Oh awesome! Would you say the ride is pretty well cushioned ?

Do you have some pictures
I dont have any pictures but I will try to remember to take some tomorrow.
I would say the ride is pretty much the same as with the stock tires

That would work great for me. Did they balance ok?

Horses for courses.

Unless youā€™re out in the wilderness aired down on sharp rocks I wouldnā€™t bother with 10 ply tires. I do have them on mine and I didnā€™t notice much difference in ride but mpgs took a hit. Love them off road though.

One tire took a little more weight than the others but nothing crazy

So, Discount Tire very generously gave me until the end of January to swap my tires. I have tons of time to figure out whatā€™s best for me. But for whatever reason these Falkens ride hard. And I know Iā€™m in the minority there, but I have a hunch the Grabbers will be better for me. Iā€™ll have a full size spare if I get a flat off road.

Iā€™d greatly appreciate some pictures when you get a chance. Curious if the standard load still has meaty lugs and sidewall design. Alsoā€¦ if itā€™s not a pain in the ass .. could you measure the diameter as mounted on your truck and the tread width? šŸ™šŸ¼

One of the first things I did, was buy a set of 10-plies for my truck. Les Shwab gave me $250 for my factory 4-plies.

I travel on a lot of rough roads and I don't need a flat.

60 lbs. Toyo R/T in 285/70R17
Interesting. Itā€™s really hard to guess how other E load tires ride. Iā€™ve got 60 pound falken AT4Ws and Iā€™m getting tired of being smashed around. Love them off road, love the look, love the diameter - but I have to try another tire.

My 10 plys are awesome in every way except they knock me around driving to work. Even the gas mileage is good! My complaint is they are like riding on concrete balls.

What pressure are you running them at?
