In line charging from 7-pin wiring plug not working

Just picked up a new teardrop trailer and the in-line charging is not working. Forgive me for the newbie question but the Tacoma supports this via its 7-way trailer plug, correct? All charts indicate the charging wire is the one immediately clockwise from the notch in the connector.

Just trying to eliminate it being anything with the truck before going back to the trailer manufacturer.

I just tested my plug with the engine running, and it's got power; how much, I dunno.

Tested the 7-pin port on the truck and I am getting power, so I am 99% sure it has something to do with the trailer and not the truck.
