The trucks that I were shopping hard were OR premium and TH. The OR seemed to have 3500 -4500 off window sticker. Some of the TH were 7k off window. I had a white one and bronze one that had the roof rack as well from factory for 60k I just had dealer get back to me that had the black pro and he dropped 4800 off window after I said I'd be there to buy it next day. But then some dealers with 25 OR were wanting 58k and sticking hard to window. Needless to say shopping around can save you a fortune and a 1 way ticket to almost anywhere in 12 hr trip is around $300 or less to get there.
If you're seeing $3k discount on flagship ('7k') beyond that of ORP('3.5k-4k'), that $6k gap I mentioned is miniscule for all that you get. Here's hoping Toyota keeps cranking out too many THs and I can grab a sweet deal.

Were you just trawling autotrader and calling each dealer? I imagine that's more efficient than showing up in person and letting them jerk you around.

Yes i don't walk into a dealership unless I have all terms agreed too and ready to sign immediately. I used cars.com and auto trader. Then just communicate through text. I ask for the vspec sheet which has pricing and options from toyota then haggle prices. Some stick firm and i just keep on to the next. Do it 3rd week of month they'll start getting hungry around last week and start coming back with extra money off as long as you buy it before end of month. Kokomo auto world in indiana has a 24 TH with 1500 miles on it i got guy down to 60k on. I think sticker was 67k i don't ever go to a dealers lot or go to talk to them. I went to one and drove an iforce / iforce max just to see if i liked the truck. Never saw a pro in person until 5 min before I bought mine.

How do you " find out" you have a HUD? I just purchased a 25 Pro yesterday and there isn't a display or really a place for it to project from?

Oof yeah you definitely don’t have it, that’s odd, I guess maybe US specs lost the feature, my Canadian spec has it

Well that sux, seems like Canada gets all the good stuff...HUDs in their trucks and wider mudguards. While US Halos gets bupkis.
